Support includes answers to technical and other questions within the scope of our courses and industry. Our staff is expert in training, and are confident that your needs will be met through our courses and through the additional support we provide. All of our contract accounts include support. Our individual customers receive email support for 3 months following enrollment.
Our new Level 1 Mechanic program includes 1 year (after enrollment) of tech support service included in the price of the course. That means our Level 1 Mechanics will have email and phone access to our BicycleCertifications.com staff to answer questions on bicycle assembly, repair and service. No other bicycle mechanic training school offers this.
The support includes troubleshooting mechanical issues, issues in repair and service, and other technical questions related to the Level 1 Course material.
